If folks would actually sit down and talk with an agent and look at what is selling and WHY, they would understand that there are some great buys out there and that this area will always be good for home ownership. A lot of people are going to miss this opportunity because they can't handle the idea that the prices will decline a little more. I always tell the, when you finally see the post article that says we are at the bottom, it will be too late. the bottom has passed.
