JOI DREAMS SALON – 2101 Mt. Vernon Avenue . Joi Dreams is organizing an annual event for small businesses. The event will be held in the Alexandria area tentatively in May or June of 2010. When hiring a Private Trainer, usually make positive they have a college education within a wellness or physical fitness field or some nationally recognized certificate like ACSM and NSCA. In addition to this, the physical fitness trainer should have completed a course in CPR and basic initially aid teaching so that they are adept in handling any emergency situations within the boot camp.
