- Median sales price for February 2010 was $405,000, up 28.6% from February 2009
- Average sales price for February 2010 was $419,266 up 17.8% from February 2009
- Total inventory of properties available for sale in February 2010 was 475, down -28.2% February 2009
- February YTD sales of 220 are running 10.6% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 199.
